We proudly present, THE ADVENTURE SERIES.

Embarking on our ongoing mission to curate exceptional experiences, this new course is based around an immersive journey that encompasses the untamed beauty of Scotland's west coast.

Spanning a 30,000-acre estate along the picturesque Loch Torridon, this adventure will weave through rugged hills, sandy shores, and freshwater lochs with our guests exploring the diverse bounty of the region.

Unlike The Hunter's experience, which centres solely on deer, The Adventure Series embraces the wider and wilder offerings of the landscape. You will join our experienced guides as they lead you through a unique gastronomic journey, ranging from hunting wild goats and red deer to free diving for scallops and fly-fishing on picturesque Lochs for trout.

Your experience will involve harvesting, catching, processing, and then cooking the natural treasures from this remarkable landscape, sound good?

What to Expect:

  • Daily outdoor pursuits, whether it be wild red hind, stag, or goat hunting, fishing, or foraging

  • Expert-led free diving workshops, with the chance of diving for Scallops in the North Atlantic

  • Time on the shooting range to ensure precise shooting and an understanding of shot placement

  • Fire cooking workshops, exploring methods like the Hangi (ground oven), Asado or hot smoking fresh fish

  • Information on useful equipment, rifle selection and first aid

  • Skinning and butchery workshops conducted in the estate's larder

  • Harvest and extraction of wild animals, you’ll witness ‘field to fork’ first hand

  • Accommodation on the estate promises a unique blend of comfort and wilderness, with most of the week spent in the remarkable lodge and possible expeditions to a nearby Bothy.

  • Fully catered, we’ll have a great chef creating 3 meals a day. You will be getting involved with some of the cooking processes along the way!
